March or jog in place for one minute to warm up. Today we perform:
1- Under the Bar: 30 seconds
NOTE: hips pushed back, torso up
2- Pirate Hop: 30 seconds
NOTE: balance and sit in your imaginary chair
3- Triple Touch Squat: 30 seconds (video includes modification)
NOTE: hips pushed back, torso up
