Our ONGOING ONLINE CLASSES are offered at convenient times via Zoom so you can easily mix and match classes to customize your schedule. Every month, we send our Zoom link and password so you can securely join the group.
SCHEDULE Mon: 7:00-8:00 AM Tues: 5:30-6:30 PM Wed: 7:00-8:00 AM Thurs (Tabata-style Class): 5:30-6:00 PM Fri (Tabata-style Class): 7:30-8:00 AM Sat: 8:30-9:30 AM -Pacific time- Classes deliver full-body workouts, focusing on endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility, promoting lean muscle mass, improving stamina, posture, and bone density. Our class structure allows for addressing multiple fitness levels so you can always adapt for your fitness level from the comfort and privacy of your home. Wear comfortable clothes. Have a yoga mat, hand weights, and a water bottle handy. If balance is an issue, we suggest you use a sturdy chair for support. PRICING (tax included) UNLIMITED MONTHLY PASS $135

Our ONE-ON-ONE CLASSES are offered in 35-minute blocks. The virtual coaching sessions are perfect for beginners or exercisers with special needs. We have extensive experience working with people who, after an injury or a surgery, have completed their physical therapy rehabilitation and need guidance and motivation to implement their home program.
