Change your mindset!
Think of exercising as ME time and not as a slog. Believe that you can expect the best and make it happen. Each exercise session brings its own rewards: working your brain as you learn new moves, lowering your stress level, preparing yourself for a better night's sleep, gaining muscle mass, strengthening your bones, fighting depression and anxiety, leaving you rejuvenated and feeling accomplished.
This is how I feel after working out. I love it so much that even on vacation I do not stop exercising. I see and feel the benefits of working out and look forward to my sweat sessions. For me working out equals vacation time that leaves me refreshed and full of new ideas. It is an ongoing renewal of my fitness vows!
