In our workshop sessions, you will learn practical exercises to implement in your daily lives. We will provide a list of exercises that you will be able to perform on your own. The goal is to keep moving in a safe and efficient manner, while respecting your own abilities.

You have a Swiss ball at home and are not sure how to incorporate it into your workouts? Learn basic and complex exercises to add variety to your routines. If you want to purchase a Swiss ball, use the guide below to choose the correct size.

Learn how to gain stamina, range of motion, and strength while seated in a chair.
This class is a good fit for mature clients with balance and/or cognition issues. A good class for caretakers too!

for WOMEN OF ALL AGES
This one-hour class will address a common but seldom talked about topic: bladder control issues.
