Fitness Blast Week in Full Swing
On Monday, we started another one of our Fitness Blast: 5 days in a row of early morning classes. We meet at 6:15 am. This class includes people who are not naturally early birds. These clients make the conscious decision to start their days in a new fashion. It is quite an accomplishment. The nice thing about these early classes is that you get done with your sweat session before your brain can say: “What are you doing?” and start rationalizing. I want to share a good article about how to work out before work. It gives ideas on how to create a system that works for you. Please note that I DO have clients who sleep in their exercise clothes. And they do show up in the morning! They actually enjoy the circuits with fitness toys, the combos of combos, the classic Remix, and even the Tabatas! The secret is to have a foolproof get-ready routine to guarantee that you will show up (instead of finding excuses). At the end of class, participants feel virtuous and that is very much worth every one’s time!
