BOOT CAMP Boot Camp classes are always different and include a combination of aerobic and toning moves, along with balance and flexibility exercises. These one hour classes are taught outside (rain or shine). Learn how to do interval and circuit training. Be ready to work hard and to fall in love with lunges, all over again. Our boot camps are demanding but are not "in your face" types of classes. Participants do not get humiliated, laughed at, or yelled at. Our small class size allows for personal attention, teaching of proper techniques, and modifications to address everyone's fitness level.
Students go home with new tools to add to their exercise toolbox, and with a deep sense of accomplishment that reverberates in other parts of their lives. You will like the results! Dress for the weather. Wear comfortable layered clothes, a hat, gloves and athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle, a small mat and hand weights. All levels of fitness welcome.

CARDIO SCULPT This one hour fitness class includes a variety of cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility exercises. We do circuit training, interval training, use free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, kettlebells, weighted bars, our own body weight, and more. You will burn calories, improve your endurance, tone up, and feel like a well-run puppy. Expect perspiration and inspiration! Wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes. Bring a mat, hand weights, and a water bottle. All levels of fitness welcome.
